2. What data we process and why

This website has no user accounts. Through the contact form (or if you email us) we process your name, email address and the content of your message solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form.

Like any website, our server may log basic technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, date and time) for security and operational purposes.

3. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Service providers that supply technical services (web hosting, email) may access it as data processors. Form messages are sent by email to our contact mailbox and are also kept in the website’s administration panel, accessible only to us. To prevent spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that the sender is a person and may process technical browser data and the IP address. To deliver the email we use the Brevo service (Sendinblue SAS), acting as data processor.

5. Cookies

This site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies, such as the language preference. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. More information in our cookie policy.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@thomasland.es. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
